Key Accountabilities
- Administer and maintain Cyber Security Applications – email filtering / EDR / SIEM
- Monitor and react to Cyber Security Technology dashboards and alerts with incident remediation
- Monitor and administer Service Desk – Security related tickets
- Provide Cyber Security support for AFB colleagues
- Logging support calls with external Cyber Security Vendors & third parties
- Vulnerability management on AFB endpoints
- Ensure Cyber Security documentation is current and up to date
- Shift work / Out of Hours Support when required
- Provide analytical Cyber Security reporting for key stakeholders
- Support any additional Cyber Security initiatives as required

Essential
Key knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required
- Good telephone manner
- Experience of end user IT support
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating systems
- Full clean Driving License
Desirable
- Anti-Virus, EDR or SIEM solution knowledge
- Basic understanding of Cyber Security Principles
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Experience of Active Directory / Office 365 / Mobile Device Management
