This is a permanent position with a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours based on store needs. Shifts are available including evenings and weekends.
As a Customer Team Member at SPAR Churchill Avenue, you will support the store management team and ensure a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities include maximising sales through excellent customer service, stock management, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing friendly customer service, answering inquiries, and processing transactions efficiently.
- Assisting with stock checks, deliveries, maintaining store cleanliness, and promotional displays.
- Adhering to company policies and legislative responsibilities.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Understanding of retail legislation and customer service.
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach.
- Cash handling experience is a plus.
- Competitive pay up to £12.25/hr depending on age.
