Role Overview
We are seeking an exciting SPAR Customer Team Member at Newbold. The position offers a minimum of 24 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on store needs. Various shifts are available, including evenings and weekends.
As a Customer Team Member, you will support our management team and contribute to a positive customer experience by helping to maximize sales and store performance through excellent service and store upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, process transactions efficiently, and promote products and offers.
- Store Operations: Manage stock deliveries, maintain cleanliness and organization, and execute store tasks like stock rotation, price changes, and promotional displays.
Skills and Knowledge
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Understanding of retail legislation and policies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information
