Responsibilities
- Performance management to achieve targeted levels of customer service and cost management.
- Deploy operating procedures and develop or review procedures where needed.
- Lead shift managers and team leaders to ensure staff are competent, well managed, and motivated.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and report and investigate any matters.
- Maintain warehouse and site security.
- Apply the Blakemore Way in the approach to people management.
- Review staff performance and potential to support succession planning.
- Comply with legal and company policy for health & safety, environment, employment and data protection.
- Support overall development of the distribution centre in areas such as operating budgets, cost management and KPIs.

Qualifications
- Minimum three years warehouse management experience is required.
- Candidates should demonstrate competence in:
