Greggs Bakery Assistant – Long Sutton.
18+ years.
16 hours – fully flexible. Various shifts available between 6am and 6pm.
We have an opportunity for a Greggs Bakery Assistant who is motivated, friendly, hands‑on and passionate about providing excellent service and maintaining high standards for customers. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will help maximise sales and profit by carrying out assigned tasks that contribute to continuous improvement of the store, staff and customer service.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service inline with company standards.
- Prepare a variety of food items to the highest standards to meet customer demand.
- Ensure all areas of the shop and food products are displayed in a clean, tidy and attractive manner.
- Contribute ideas for driving the business and its team forward.
- Use relevant processes and policies to safeguard people, stock and cash.
- Report all customer complaints to the manager on duty.
- Comply with relevant legislation and health and food‑safety responsibilities as defined in the induction period and training.
