Our client are an award-winning team of Independent Financial Advisers who provide a personal, independent
and bespoke wealth management service to high net worth clients. They are expanding their successful business in London and are seeking Trainee Financial Advisers to join their team.

As a Trainee Adviser, you would be working as part of a productive, high performing team to provide support primarily to Sales Managers (SM) and Advisers.
You should have experience of working in an IFA with exposure to client meetings (experience of cash flow is beneficial) and a good technical understanding, hold minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (CII preferable or willing to undertake the exams to convert) and have the long-term ambition and desire to become a Chartered Financial Adviser.

Get ready to embark on a 6-12-month training and assessment period depending on qualifications, skills and speed of development.

They will help build and develop the skills you require to become competent as an Adviser in your own right, through initially undertaking a structured training plan during which you will be fully supported by a dedicated mentor, and also your peers. You will be allocated to a specific Commercial Management Team and Sales Manager.
