We are recruiting for a financial planning practice in St Albans who are looking to recruit an IFA administrator.
Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to Paraplanners & Financial Advisers within the business.
Main Activities:
- To produce accurate Annual Review Packs for Financial Advisers and process associated tasks
- Assist Paraplanners with:
- Basic advice events, such as fund switches and investment withdrawals.
- Producing illustrations and reports for new business
- Processing applications when required
Skills/competencies:
- Familiar with Word and Excel
- Good team worker
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised
- Able to exercise initiative
- Any knowledge on True Potential and/or Defaqto helpful but not essential
Qualifications:
- Essential - Educated to GCE 'Aβ Level, GCSE English, GCSE Maths
Experience:
- Ideally some office experience in a similar role/working environment
