Our clients are a niche EB provider based in the city. They are now looking for a manager / director to manage and run the small EB Team of consultants and support staff.
The role will be to manage the business and your team and duties will include staff recruitment, staff development, formulating the business strategy and ensuring the business achieves revenue targets. The role also requires the manger/director to service and help service major pension clients and will require the manager to be level four qualified.
Candidates must have experience of team management within Employee Benefits or corporate pensions and must they must have experience of corporate pensions account management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small well established business niche business in the city.
