Overview
In line with experience we are currently recruiting for a leading provider of outsourced pensions administration services that, due to continued growth, is looking to add additional pensions administrators from Junior Administrators through to Senior Pension Administrators to their Berkshire teams.
You will manage a portfolio of schemes, which could be either DB or DC Schemes, and key duties will include performing all scheme administration tasks for your schemes, including producing manual and automated quotes including retirement and scheme transfer calculations.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of schemes (DB or DC) as part of a Berkshire team.
- Perform all scheme administration tasks for your schemes.
- Produce manual and automated quotes, including retirement and scheme transfer calculations.
- Assist with annual scheme renewals and mail shot projects.
- Resolve client and member queries.
- At senior administrator level, assist in training more junior administrators.
- Attend Trustee meetings and resolve more technical member queries and complaints.
Qualifications
- Experience within the administration of either DB or DC schemes.
- Ability to demonstrate that you can produce manual calculations.
- At senior level, exposure to training more junior colleagues.
- Progression with professional exams will be a distinct advantage.
