We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning company based in who are looking to recruit a Paraplanner to join their team. They are looking for someone who has good Paraplanning experience and has completed or working towards the Level 4 Diploma.
The main purpose of this role is to provide technical administrative support to Financial Advisers.
Main Activities:
- To produce accurate compliant client reports for Financial Advisers
- Conduct relevant and compliant research for new business and collate into areadable summary for the adviser
- Processing of investment, pension and protection new business andfollowing the case through to completion
- Collate and upload all relevant correspondence to our True Potential backoffice system to submit cases for compliance checking
- Type letters and draft routine correspondence
- Maintain all necessary systems
- Calculate any tax liabilities when the scenario arises during anyrecommendation
- Familiar with Word and Excel
- Report writing skills
- Good team worker
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and able to multi-task
- Able to exercise initiative
- Experience in True Potential, FE Analytics and Cash Calc where possible
Qualifications:
- Essential – Educated to GCE ‘A’ Level, GCSE English, GCSE Maths
- Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards
Experience:
- Five years office experience including at least two years in a similarrole/working environment
