They are looking to hire an experienced Paraplanner with the following key duties:
- Request and review all necessary information and undertake financial analysis to produce reports for discussion with the Adviser.
- Research suitable solutions to meet client needs and consider asset allocation strategies based on client risk profiles.
- Check compliance paperwork and internal sign-off documents.
- Prepare draft recommendation reports for review and approval by the Adviser, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Discuss client objectives during debriefs and identify any shortfalls in client information.
- Submit paperwork following advice procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Record data accurately in the company's back-office systems and update as per procedures.
- Undertake annual reviews and ongoing client servicing as needed.
- Understand the Financial Planning/Corporate Advice process where applicable.
- Work within defined processes to achieve outcomes without supervision.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Maintain good report writing and communication skills.
- Hold a Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (CII) - Level 4 or equivalent.
