We’re working with a well-established, independent financial planning firm that’s growing rapidly and looking for a talented Paraplanner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support experienced Financial Advisers, work on complex client cases, and develop your career in a friendly, collaborative environment.

The Role:

As a Paraplanner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive professional, compliant, and seamless financial advice. You’ll prepare technical reports, conduct research, and provide analysis across investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare detailed financial planning reports and recommendations in line with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on financial products.
  • Support advisers with financial plans, including cashflow modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with advisers, providers, and clients to implement recommendations efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or working towards completion.
  • Strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions, and protection products.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software such as CashCalc and FE Analytics.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
