We’re supporting a respected Chartered Financial Planning firm in Newbury that is looking for a dedicated Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional client service, efficient adviser support, and smooth day-to-day operational processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing Recommendations
  • Liaise with clients to schedule and confirm meetings
  • Produce and distribute compliant meeting packs
  • Check packs and chase missing documentation (LOAs, applications, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate client information and notes in Intelliflo (IO)
  • Provide required information to Paraplanners
  • Implementing Recommendations
  • Track and follow up on advice implementation
  • Keep clients proactively informed on progress
  • Use internal systems and dashboards to monitor workflow
  • General Administration
  • Act as a first point of contact for client queries
  • Scan and distribute post to relevant team members
  • Provide accurate data entry and administrative support
  • Support smooth running of client services and compliance processes
