We are currently recruiting for a leading independent provider of specialist pensions, trustee and employee benefits who are looking to recruit a Senior Manager. The company is a leading, independent provider of specialist pensions, trustee and employee benefits solutions to small to medium enterprises and large corporates.
Role Purpose
To contribute to the growth of the business by servicing existing clients and winning new clients through identifying and pursuing new client opportunities in the market, often working with third party intermediaries.
Key Accountabilities
- Experienced regulated Investment Adviser to advise private clients, trusts and some corporate clients on:
- Strategic asset allocation and collective investment funds;
- Long term cash flow projections;
- Pension contribution planning and taking benefits;
- Life assurance;
- Deposits and other cash based investments;
- Wider holistic financial planning.
Meet the company's compliance requirements and maintenance of regulatory status. Contribute to the team’s ongoing development of services. Assist in the development of more junior members of staff, taking on the role of mentor, where required. Take financial responsibility, being accountable for delivery of the revenue targets and billing for own portfolio of clients.
