Our client is a leading IFA that is currently seeking a pro-active and driven Sales Manager to lead and manage a very successful team of IFAs due to increased business levels. This company deals with a range of Private and Corporate clients and experience of working in this space is essential.
You will provide full team management and be adept at managing a high performing team, helping them develop business from various sources and enhance existing relationships. As well as looking after the sales team you will also be responsible for recruiting which will keep you busy as the company is expanding due to increased business wins and organic growth.
You will currently be working as a Sales Manager looking after a team of Financial Planners or IFAs with a first class track record that can be evidenced. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding organisation paying a basic salary c£50,000-£85,000 plus benefits with an uncapped bonus and will give the platform for a high achieving manager to take the next step in their career. OTE £100,000+
