This leading Private Banking organisation is currently seeking a Head of Paraplanning who may work very closely with the owner. You will possess Financial Services experience and be experienced in managing a Sales Support or Paraplanning team. The role will be suitable for someone who has a background as a high-level paraplanner within the Financial Services industry, either working for an IFA or Wealth Manager, but you must have managed staff.
An Operational Manager with recent relevant experience will also be considered as this role will be the right hand to their owner. You will attend meetings with them and will not solely be stuck in the office.
You will have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a working knowledge of investments. The role requires an individual who is an experienced manager, experienced in working to deadlines, prioritising workload, project management, and providing a high level of service at all times.
To be successful, you will be minimum Diploma qualified with the intention to achieve Chartered status soon. Salary depends on experience and qualifications plus bonus and benefits. This is an excellent opportunity as the career prospects are first class.
