We are recruiting for a highly regarded mortgage broker who is very innovative within the mortgage industry. They are on a mission to take mortgages into the 21st century by automating the end-to-end process for applying and securing a mortgage or remortgage using robo-advice. They are looking to expand the team with individuals from a mortgage broker or mortgage broker admin background who are seeking a new career in the mortgage industry while embracing new technologies.
The present team all have CeMAP qualification, and the right person will also be CeMAP qualified. It is a very fast-paced environment, and customer interactions are conducted through online live chats rather than phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
What they require is someone who can adapt quickly to the “future of mortgages.” Therefore, adaptability, intelligence, teamwork, and a fresh attitude are the most important traits, combined with CeMAP qualification.
