We are proudly assisting a well established IFA client of ours who are looking to add an additional Administrator to their lovely team. This client provides Independent Advice to high net worth clients and retail customers, guiding them through the complex financial decisions they have to make throughout their lives, and advising on a range of products such as Savings and investment products and Personal Pensions.
Daily duties will consist of:
- Assist Paraplanners and provide direct support to the Financial Advisers
- Processing the files to prepare for meetings
- Process post meeting for transferring clients to new providers
- Deal with processing the firms commission payments each month and assist with the invoice payables spreadsheet
- Gather plan info / send LOA
- Preparing quotes and Client packs
- Place trades and check contract notes
- Update the system with plans, fact-find and other info
- Organising client meetings and recording the outcome
