We are currently recruiting for a boutique Financial Planning practice in London that is looking to recruit an IFA Administrator. They are seeking an administrator to join their technical team and work alongside the Senior Administrator. The role includes submitting business to various investment providers and processing cases to completion. You will also handle client withdrawals, phased investing, and client data maintenance on investment platforms. Good communication skills are important as you will work closely with the Head of Operations, paraplanners, and advisers.
The company is a boutique Independent Financial Adviser firm dedicated to supporting our clients' needs. They work collaboratively as a team to implement recommendations that align with clients’ objectives. Their clients’ portfolio sizes typically range from £200,000 to £20 million. This role offers exposure to a varied and challenging, yet exciting, level of work.
