We are proudly assisting our a Wealth Management and Financial Planning client look for their next IFA Administrator to join their growing business.

This is a busy role, involving contact with clients and providers so the successful candidate must be a good communicator and work well within a team.

Previous experience of working in an IFA/Wealth Management environment would be preferable, although we will also consider someone without FS experience who is keen to start a career in financial services and full training will be given.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the administration workflow
  • Develop, consistently implement and review processes
  • Receive and implement requests from advisers and paraplanners
  • Register and utilise appropriate extranets/websites and other forms of e-business
  • Maintain up to date client records and data using our back-office database, Intelliflo Office
  • Maintain up to date records on our document management system, Virtual Cabinet
  • Obtain plan information from providers
  • Process and track new business applications
  • Prepare and issue Letters of Authority and track responses
  • Invoice preparation
  • Liaise with clients and providers
  • Operate within the compliance and corporate standards of the business
  • Undertake appropriate professional development and training
  • Report on key measures on a regular basis
  • A typical package offered for an administration role would be:

    Salary £25-28K (with previous FS experience) £20K-£24K (without previous FS experience)
    25 days holiday per annum

    The role is office based whilst in training and within probationary period, with the possibility of occasional WFH once both are successfully completed.
