We are currently working with a Wealth Management firm that is looking to recruit an IFA Administrator in their Croydon office. They seek someone with experience in a similar role.
Purpose
To provide pre- and post-sales support to Financial Advisers, ensuring client documentation and requests are processed accurately and within required timeframes, in compliance with company guidelines. To deliver high-quality support to clients professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Support two advisers with preparing reviews and annual valuations using the back-office system.
- Prepare reports for clients following review processes.
- Assist with processing new investments and pension plans.
