The Role

Our client, a well-established Independent Financial Planning firm based in Hove , is looking for an experienced Financial Adviser to take over a fully serviced client bank from a retiring IFA. This is a rare opportunity to inherit a loyal portfolio with strong ongoing fee income and no cold prospecting or self-generation expected .

This position is ideal for an Adviser who thrives on client relationships, ongoing servicing and delivering holistic financial planning without the pressure of chasing new business.

Key Responsibilities

Service and develop an existing book of clients

Deliver advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning

Conduct regular reviews and ensure ongoing suitability

Build long-term relationships based on trust and professionalism

Work closely with the internal paraplanning and admin teams for smooth delivery

Candidate Requirements

Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)

Proven experience as an IFA / Financial Adviser

Strong client-service mindset with excellent communication skills

Ethical, professional and relationship-focused
