We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded Independent Financial Advisory firm based in High Wycombe, who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with intelligent office experience who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced financial services environment.

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring the smooth running of client services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing full administrative support to IFAs
  • Processing new business, valuations, and policy documentation
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams in a professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring FCA compliance
  • Preparing suitability letters and client correspondence
