We are currently recruiting for a highly regarded National IFA business who have a need for someone to head up their Paraplanning function. The firm have a number of offices throughout the UK and you will be responsible for all the Paraplanning staff in those locations. The firm currently do not have a standardised paraplanning process so you will effectively have to rip up the manual and start again.
You must be from a background in managing paraplanning processes as well as team(s) and be of a highly technical nature in order to succeed in this role. As such, you must be level 4 diploma qualified but ideally Chartered or IMC. The firm are also expanding so this role will also involve recruitment as well as personal development for all the team. In addition, you will have classic management responsibilities of delegation, quality control, holiday cover, etc.
