We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice near Godalming who are looking to recruit a Paraplanner to join their team. They are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join our team. They are looking for Level 4 or close to completing remaining modules. Ideally a career paraplanner who can bring solid experience into the team, champion good working practices and work as a key part of our advice process.

The Role

  • Drive and manage the planning workflow
  • Receive and implement requests from the Advisers
  • Gather and record client data
  • Prepare and compare financial analysis
  • Prepare reports to a professional and timely standard
  • Provide information for annual reviews and identify areas not covered
  • Communicate with selected clients (face to face or remote) and third parties
  • Develop and maintain all processes relevant to technical support
  • Communicate clearly on technical and client support
  • Undertake financial planning and product-based research
  • Operate within the compliance and corporate standards of the business
  • Report on key measures on a regular basis
  • Be the link between advice and administration areas of the business
  • Key drive and involvement in product and platform due diligence
  • Providing proactive support and involvement for the Advisers

Ideal Candidate

  • You will have the ability to build upon existing strong client relationships.
  • It is essential that you possess strong communication skills, have a high attention for detail, and have interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work in a busy, fun and professional environment.
  • You must be happy to work on your own and as part of a team and have excellent time management skills.
  • You must be a minimum of level 4 diploma qualified.
