An established and growing financial services firm is seeking an organised, detail-driven Investment Administrator to join their Investment Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a process-focused role and enjoys playing a key part in delivering a high-quality investment management service to clients.
The Role
- Support the full investment administration lifecycle and ensure clients receive a seamless and compliant service.
- Client Investment Administration:
- Producing and managing client portfolio reviews within annual cycles, issuing reports, and following up outstanding responses.
- Ensuring regular client contributions align with template reporting.
- Updating and monitoring phased investment purchases against model portfolios.
- Managing cash balances for clients with regular withdrawals.
- Processing withdrawals from instruction through to payment, including client verification.
- Inputting, checking, and submitting investment trade data to platform providers.
- Handling corporate actions and resolving trade discrepancies.
- Maintaining an accurate audit trail and completing all process notes for each transaction.
- Reconciling contract notes within required timeframes.
- Managing portal-related actions and client queries.
- Providing Management Information (MI) on review flows and keeping senior oversight informed.
- Supplying data for routine and ad-hoc tasks, including performance and contribution analysis, model reviews, and investment research.
- Implementing changes to the Centralised Investment Proposition (CIP) within templates and model portfolios.
- Updating Fastrak Model Portfolios and ensuring all templates reflect the latest IMC decisions.
- Ensuring IMC risk data is correctly represented within internal systems.
- Supporting wider investment research projects.
- Coordinating and delivering bulk client communications, such as end-of-tax-year mailouts.
- Producing weekly fund performance reports.
- Handling general administrative tasks and maintaining a tidy and compliant working environment.
- Participation in ongoing job-specific training.
- Maintaining up-to-date CPD.

- Experience in financial services administration (investment or platform experience highly advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
