We are currently assisting a well-established Independent Financial Advisory in Milton Keynes to recruit their next Financial Adviser to expand their successful team. If you are friendly and approachable, this could be the role for you. They are looking for someone aiming to progress to Chartered status with a proven track record of providing financial advice. The firm offers a client bank, back-office systems, and compliance support.
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients and set up meetings, either in an office, client's home, or business premises.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provisions, and future aims.
- Analyze information and prepare tailored financial plans.
- Ensure clients receive relevant documentation promptly.
- Prospect and contact potential clients in line with the firm's business plan.
- Complete risk analyses.
- Collaborate with the technical team to research the marketplace and inform clients about products and services.
- Assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Review and adapt to clients' changing needs and circumstances.
- Meet or exceed commercial targets.
- Stay updated on new products, technical, or legislative changes.
- Comply with the firm's Compliance and Training & Competence Schemes/Procedures.
- Adhere to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, FCA's Principles, Rules, and Code of Practice.
- Maintain high performance standards as per Key Performance Indicators.

- Conduct all client interactions professionally and courteously.
