We are recruiting for a well-regarded Financial Planning Practice based in Godalming. The vacancy is due to an increase in workload for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join the existing team and assist the team of Financial Planners.
Duties will include:
- Providing efficient new business support for advisers, including pre-sales research and preparation of Suitability Reports, processing, liaising with product providers and clients in a timely manner, and checking that all compliance requirements are met.
- Providing support in relation to the preparation of valuations and client review documentation to enable efficient client meetings.
- Providing post-meeting support to consultants, ensuring all work is completed accurately within agreed timescales.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized with good technical knowledge and the capability to plan and prioritize assignments in a busy environment. You must have a solid understanding of life, pensions, and investment contracts, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements.
Ideally, you will have experience with IRESS/Adviser Office software and Financial Express Analytics. Since you will be building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing an effective link between the client and their adviser, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
The successful individual will have a proven IFA background in a similar role. You must be IT literate, a team player, and capable of working in an environment where new challenges and ideas are welcome. A Gumption and a Can-Do attitude are desirable.
