Job Description
Location: Moorgate, London (Hybrid after probation)
Salary: £36,000
Are you organised, proactive and looking for a role where no two days are the same? Our client, a highly regarded financial services firm based in the City, is seeking a Client Support & Office Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine office administration with client support in a busy, collaborative environment.
The Role
You’ll split your time between:
Office Administration (approx. 20%)
- Keeping meeting rooms stocked and presentable
- Updating LinkedIn and the intranet
- Monitoring stationery levels and handling office collections/cards
- Troubleshooting basic IT issues (e.g. docking stations, connections)
- Arranging replacement/new door access cards
Client Support (approx. 80%)
- Assisting advisers with client preparation, research and valuations
- Processing applications and liaising with providers
- Maintaining accurate client records and systems
- Supporting client reviews and day-to-day servicing
- General office support – scheduling, document prep, scanning, client greeting
About You
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- A confident communicator with a “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced team
- IT savvy (MS Office, SharePoint; knowledge of Curo/Voyant an advantage)
- Ideally experience within financial planning, investments, pensions, or professional services
