Job Description

Client Support & Office Administrator

Location: Moorgate, London (Hybrid after probation)

Salary: £36,000

Are you organised, proactive and looking for a role where no two days are the same? Our client, a highly regarded financial services firm based in the City, is seeking a Client Support & Office Administrator to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine office administration with client support in a busy, collaborative environment.

The Role

You’ll split your time between:

Office Administration (approx. 20%)

  • Keeping meeting rooms stocked and presentable
  • Updating LinkedIn and the intranet
  • Monitoring stationery levels and handling office collections/cards
  • Troubleshooting basic IT issues (e.g. docking stations, connections)
  • Arranging replacement/new door access cards

Client Support (approx. 80%)

  • Assisting advisers with client preparation, research and valuations
  • Processing applications and liaising with providers
  • Maintaining accurate client records and systems
  • Supporting client reviews and day-to-day servicing
  • General office support – scheduling, document prep, scanning, client greeting

About You

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • A confident communicator with a “can-do” attitude
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced team
  • IT savvy (MS Office, SharePoint; knowledge of Curo/Voyant an advantage)
  • Ideally experience within financial planning, investments, pensions, or professional services
