We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice based in Altrincham who are looking for a Client Support Administrator.
Job Purpose
To provide dedicated, accurate, and efficient sales support service for agreed Financial Planning Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Providing an efficient new business processing service for sales consultants, completing trades/fund switches, liaising with product providers, and ensuring that new business is set up correctly.
- Providing administration support related to valuations, transfer of servicing, and client reviews to facilitate efficient client meetings.
- Maintaining effective communication between clients and consultants, keeping both updated on all matters related to their financial affairs.
- Ensuring all client information is accurately stored and updated on the relevant system, and that all compliance requirements are met.
- Preparing invoices for work completed for clients.
- Issuing original policy documents to clients when appropriate, and ensuring that copies/documents are issued within the agreed timescales, reflecting client requirements accurately.
- Providing post-meeting administration support to consultants, ensuring all tasks are completed within the designated timescales.
- Reporting any complaints (formal or informal), breaches, or losses to the Compliance Officer promptly.
- Undertaking additional duties as requested by line management.
- Having basic knowledge of all products and funds within the area of responsibility.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with consultants.
Qualifications
- Having at least 2 years of experience working for an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA).
- Holding CF1 qualification.
- Possessing a Certificate in Financial Services/Planning.
