An expanding consultancy is seeking a highly driven Clerk of Works to join its team. This is a home/field based role working across projects in the South West of England. The organisation operates in sectors including residential, commercial, arts and leisure, and education with a primary focus on residential developments. Key Responsibilities Include
- Attending initial and recurring project meetings to fully understand specifications and requirements
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure works meet drawings and specifications
- Producing and distributing inspection, progress, and quality reports
- Taking and providing progress photographs
- Attending site meetings and giving verbal updates
- Preparing snagging and de-snagging sheets
- Assisting in handover procedures
