A growing property management and lettings company based in Chester is looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their busy team. The business manages a large portfolio of student and young professional accommodation across Chester, the Wirral and Lancaster, and this role plays a key part in keeping properties fully let, well maintained and tenants supported. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, working closely with tenants, landlords and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of student and professional rental properties
- Proactively filling property voids through enquiries and viewings
- Supporting tenants and providing excellent customer service
- Liaising with landlords and providing updates on lettings and maintenance
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors
- Ensuring compliance with property legislation (gas safety, HMO licences etc.)
- Producing rent statements and managing landlord invoices
- Coordinating tenant changeovers during busy periods
About You
- Experience in lettings, estate agency or property management preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
