Our client prides themselves on delivering consistent and comprehensive therapeutic, educational, and health support services for young people, empowering them to live fulfilled and enjoyable lives whilst preparing for positive futures.
An exciting vacancy has come up within the organisation for a small therapeutic home in Leatherhead, which provides care for children with EBD.
Responsibilities- Hold Ofsted registration for the Home
- Compliance with regulatory Ofsted frameworks
- Work closely with Multidisciplinary childcare professionals and education staff
- Provide strong, effective, and values-led leadership within the home
- Create a culture of safety, empowerment where children can thrive
- Manage a large team including a deputy manager
- NVQ Level 5 (Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare) or equivalent
- Registered Manager status with Ofsted (or eligible to register)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience managing children’s residential services
- Proven track record of working with children with complex needs
- Ability to manage a large and diverse staff team
