Responsibilities
- Partner with leading AEC firms to understand their hiring needs and provide customised talent solutions.
- Take ownership of your own niche within the AEC industry to build a 7 figure book of business.
- Build strong relationships with industry leaders and candidates to grow your professional network.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and placing candidates.
- Facilitate feedback, manage the offer and negotiation process.
- Leverage advanced AI tools and data-driven insights to identify and connect with top talent in the AEC market.
- Stay ahead of market trends through research and analysis to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team and help build a scalable, high-performing recruitment practice.
- Win further mandates and further clients, from mandate to onboarding.
- Manage your research and administrative support effectively, fairly, and efficiently.
- Provide updates to senior leadership on market development progress.
