The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We have an opportunity for two Paralegals within our Banking & Finance practice based at our Cardiff office. Prior legal transactional experience in a Banking or related practice area is preferred but not essential. Suitable applicants will be able to perform well under pressure and be accurate when delivering work to tight deadlines. We support hybrid working, typically with 3 days flexible office attendance, according to business need.
Typical work will involve:
- General transaction and project management
- File opening and ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Liaising with clients and counterparties to ensure the delivery of conditions precedent
- Drafting, negotiating and proofreading transaction documents
- Legal research
- Organising completions
- Conducting Companies House searches and dealing with all relevant Companies House filing and registration requirements
- Assisting fee earners generally on transactions as required
Skills / Experience Required:
Candidates should have a law degree and be able to demonstrate an interest in developing their experience within a Banking & Finance practice. Additional skills and attributes should include:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
