Are you a legal secretary working within a Commercial Property department, are you seeking a new and interesting role in the centre of Bristol? Our client has a need for a legal secretary to join their Commercial Property team on a Full Time, Permanent basis. The partner, who this role will support, is deaf and so relies on his Secretary to assist him with paralegal duties as well as the traditional secretarial tasks. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, this role has become available as his current secretary has secured a training contract and will be pursuing a legal career. Dealing with all telephone communication - taking notes and dealing with issues where possible. Billing, open files, money laundry compliance, archiving etc. Digital dictation. Candidates will have a background in property and either be a legal secretary or paralegal in a similar role. When Blake and Blake Recruitment successfully place a candidate into this Secretarial role, a £100 John Lewis gift voucher will be offered to them one month after they start work ***
