Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Operations & Governance Manager to help operationalize product planning, prioritization, execution governance, and cross-functional coordination across our AI infrastructure and AI services platform initiatives.

This role will work closely with Product leadership, Engineering, Architecture, PMO, Sales, Marketing, GTM, and Solutions teams to improve execution visibility, roadmap governance, engineering allocation discipline, and operational alignment across platform and customer-driven initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly structured, execution-oriented, and capable of driving operational discipline in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational governance for roadmap planning, prioritization reviews, engineering allocation discussions, capability readiness tracking, and stage-gate reviews.
  • Help maintain structured visibility into platform initiatives, dependencies, and execution maturity.
  • Drive recurring operating cadences across Product, Engineering, Architecture, PMO, Sales, Marketing, GTM, and Solutions.
  • Coordinate reviews, status tracking, action items, and escalation follow-through.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting views covering roadmap sequencing, engineering dependencies, milestone tracking, prioritization status, technical readiness, and execution risks.
  • Help structure and normalize incoming engineering requests and opportunity-driven asks.
  • Support prioritization governance processes using defined evaluation frameworks and commitment signals.
  • Improve intake discipline, execution visibility, operational alignment, and governance consistency across initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Operations, Program Management, PMO, or cross-functional execution roles within technology organizations.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and execution management skills.
  • Experience working across Product, Engineering, and customer-facing organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and operational planning skills.
  • Preferred
  • Experience in AI infrastructure, semiconductor, cloud, edge AI, or accelerated computing environments.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, roadmap governance, and engineering prioritization processes.
  • Experience building dashboards, operational reporting, and governance mechanisms.
