Blair West are working with a growing North East business who are looking for a CRM Exec to join the team. Ideally from the iGaming sector or someone with a strong CRM background and an interest in sport.
The opportunity:
- In this role you will contribute to the day to day operations of the CRM Team, ensuring player promotions are handled efficiently, professionally and in line with company standards.
- Set up and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
- Build and configure campaign scenarios, including automated lifecycle and triggered campaigns.
- Conduct QA checks on CRM campaigns.
- Schedule and manage onsite banners, messaging and promotional placements.
- Populate campaign performance reports and maintain records of campaign results.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- Previous experience in a CRM role, ideally within the iGaming sector.
- Strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
