Blair West are supporting Growth Partner, to find an Investment Analyst. Growth Partner is a dynamic investment firm with a passion for supporting entrepreneurial consumer brands. This newly created role sits at the heart of the investment team and offers a rare opportunity to accelerate a career in investment within a fast-moving and collaborative environment. Drive the identification and initial screening of new investment opportunities. Manage and maintain a structured pipeline of potential investments. Prepare case studies and discussion documents to support investment decisions. Draft concise, well-reasoned investment papers at early stages of review. Support business valuation modelling and wider investment appraisal exercises. Assist with meeting notes, Investment Memos, and internal decision-making documentation. A predicted or achieved 1st class degree in a relevant subject such as Finance, Economics, or Mathematics. A naturally analytical mindset with strong commercial curiosity. An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for consumer brands and markets. Relevant internship or placement experience is advantageous but not essential.
