Blair West is supporting an exciting SaaS business specialising in expense management solutions, to find a Product Manager.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role sits at the heart of product development, working closely with Leadership and the wider development team.
This is a key role designed to strengthen the roadmap, improve customer onboarding, and enhance product delivery.
The opportunity:
- Define and execute against the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer and market needs, and strategic business objectives.
- Turn customer insights into actionable product enhancements. Define requirements, create user stories, and set acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Support sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Conduct UAT and QA testing to validate new features and maintain quality standards.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of customer self-onboarding processes.
- Develop materials such as user guides, FAQs, and tutorials to enhance the user experience.
- Provide domain expertise and technical support to both customers and internal teams.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in product management, QA testing, or a related SaaS role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead customer-facing workshops and interactions.
- Experience gathering and translating customer insights and feedback into product improvements.
- A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product development management tools.
- The ability to learn new software quickly and apply technical knowledge to support customers.
- Familiarity with expense management or financial/accounting software (preferred, not essential).
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
