Blair West are supporting Reeves Group, to find a Group Operations Director. Reeves Group is a client-centric financial advice firm specialising in pensions, investments, and retirement planning, operating through two established entities. Following a period of strong growth, the business is seeking to appoint a senior operational leader to work closely with the Managing Director, ensuring alignment between strategy and delivery while building a scalable, high-performing operational infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic and operational leadership across the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
- Leading and mentoring operational leaders, including the Head of Operations, to build a high-performing and accountable culture.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring consistent service delivery and performance across all functions.
- Designing and embedding scalable operational structures to support continued business growth.
