Blair West are supporting One Utility Bill to find a Sales Trainer. One Utility Bill is a fast-growing technology business simplifying household finances through an all-in-one bills package, currently supporting over 49,000 customers across the UK. As the business continues to scale its Growth & Sales function, this is a newly created opportunity reporting into the Director of Growth & Sales, playing a key role in shaping onboarding and performance capability across the sales team.
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding programmes for new Sales Advisors, ensuring readiness to enter live sales environments by week three.
- Develop high-quality training materials, resources and structured learning pathways.
- Collaborate with Growth and departmental leaders to continuously refine training content.
- Manage and oversee a supported live sales environment during the onboarding period.
- Clearly define and communicate performance expectations and behavioural standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics, KPIs and conversion data.
- Identify capability gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the sales function.
