Blair West are working with a digital marketing agency who are going through a period of growth and are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead. The company is in the online gaming and betting industry based in the centre of Newcastle. As they grow, they will be expanding the customer support functions to ensure they deliver high-quality player experiences while meeting their regulatory obligations.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Support team. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of customer support, supporting agents in resolving account payments, gameplay, and general service queries. You will provide coaching, feedback, and operational support to the Customer Service agents.
Previous experience in customer support operations is ideally in the iGaming sector, although other fast-paced, regulated sectors may also be considered. Excellent time management is required.
