Blair West are working with a growing North East business who are looking for a CRM Exec to join the team. Ideally from the iGaming sector or someone with a strong CRM background and an interest in sport.
In this role you will contribute to the day to day operations of the CRM Team, ensuring player promotions are handled efficiently, professionally and in line with company standards.
- Set up and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
- Conduct QA checks on CRM campaigns.
- Populate campaign performance reports and maintain records of campaign results.
Previous experience in a CRM role, ideally within the iGaming sector.
Strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
