Blair West are supporting a PE-backed, B-Corp certified games business to find an Operations Director. The business has trebled in size over the last three years, with products sold in more than 50 countries worldwide. Following recent Private Equity investment, the business is accelerating international expansion, increasing control of its supply chain and distribution activities, and investing in future growth opportunities. This is a newly created executive leadership position, reporting to the Co-CEO and joining the Executive Team to build the operational foundations required for the next stage of growth.
- Lead all operational activity across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and supply chain, supporting a growing international consumer products business.
- Develop and implement scalable operational processes that improve efficiency, automation and business resilience.
- Partner with leaders across commercial, finance, ecommerce and product functions to improve cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- Drive operational excellence across global supply chains, balancing inventory, cash flow, customer demand and seasonal trading requirements.
- Oversee supplier relationships and production partnerships, ensuring quality, performance and continuity across international markets.
- Champion the effective use of systems, data and ERP tools to improve visibility, reporting and operational performance.
- Lead and develop operational teams, creating clarity, accountability and alignment across the business.
- Play a key role in shaping operational strategy as the business expands across the US, Europe and other international markets.
