Blair West are supporting Flooring Superstore to find a CRM Manager. This role has been created to strengthen customer engagement and retention through data-led campaigns, while also maximising prospect marketing activity to drive new customer growth.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a key appointment within the marketing function.

The opportunity:

  • Lead the development and delivery of CRM and direct marketing campaigns to maximise customer engagement and retention.
  • Build and execute targeted campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and direct mail.
  • Segment customer data to create personalised communications and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage direct marketing activity to prospect audiences, supporting customer acquisition.
  • Oversee reporting and performance metrics to measure campaign impact and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with wider marketing and commercial teams to align messaging and strategies.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance through testing and analytics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the CRM and marketing processes.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

  • Experience developing and delivering CRM and direct response marketing campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of data segmentation, customer profiling, and campaign targeting.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to improve campaigns.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience of managing third-party suppliers and creative agencies.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements relating to customer data and GDPR.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
