Blair West are supporting a growing SaaS business to appoint a Technical Project Manager. Sitting at the centre of technical delivery, coordinating customers, engineering and product teams this role ensures successful project and client outcomes. This is a chance to play a key role in shaping technical delivery within a growing SaaS business, improving processes and driving meaningful impact across customer and internal projects. A hands-on role well suited to someone who can combine strong project management with a solid understanding of software delivery, APIs and integrations.
The opportunity:
- Own the end to end delivery of multiple technical projects, ensuring they are clearly scoped, well planned and delivered on time.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing communication, building confidence and maintaining alignment across all stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and ensure delivery is realistic and well coordinated.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- Experience in a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager role.
- Strong understanding of software development and delivery processes.
- Experience with APIs, integrations or bespoke development projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Experience producing project documentation and reports.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods using tools such as Jira, Confluence or Asana.
- A background in business analysis, and a background including SaaS (desirable).
