Responsibilities

  • Assist with residential property transactions from start to finish
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions
  • Conduct property searches and due diligence
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions
  • Manage and organise case files and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed
