We are looking for a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our friendly and professional team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential property transactions from start to finish
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions
- Conduct property searches and due diligence
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions
- Manage and organise case files and documentation
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in conveyancing
