Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council in Wales seeks a compassionate safeguarding professional to support adults, especially those experiencing Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence, to improve independence and wellbeing. You will work within Information, Advice and Assistance and safeguarding pathways to provide signposting, information and tailored support. You will undertake proportionate assessments, apply eligibility criteria, and co-create care and support plans.
