About the role
- Facilitate the delivery of assessed care and support, ensuring dignity and self-esteem are upheld.
- Actively engage individuals in decision-making processes to nurture autonomy and empowerment.
- Manage challenging behaviours in a nurturing environment that supports individual growth.
- Encourage participation in social activities and community engagement to promote holistic well-being.
- Contribute to care and service planning, attend meetings, and provide insights during care reviews.
- Uphold confidentiality and recognise the vulnerability of individuals in your care.

- NVQ Level 3 in Care
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Proactive and open to growth, with willingness to pursue further training
